IBC Technologies is looking for Business Development Manager based in New York to look after East Coast Hospitality Marketplace. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule appointments with current clients as needed.
  • Ensure clients are happy and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Map processes and ensure contractual agreement stipulations are met within deadlines
  • Answer inbound telephone calls, Make outbound calls to existing clients
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Work with Account Managers and Sales to troubleshoot client needs and upsell opportunities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Technology Industry preferred.
  • Knowledge or interest in API, Software, and CRM functionality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
