Prior to joining IHT, Pamela held executive positions at Motorola Semiconductor, Franchise Finance Corporation of America and PRTM Management Consulting. She previously served as a board member for InnSuites Hospitality Trust, Independent Lodging Industry Association (ILIA) and California Lodging Industry Association. Ms. Barnhill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and mathematics cum laude with honors from the University of Arizona in Tucson and a Masters of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, hiking, cooking and spending time with her husband and two children and their respective hockey events.

Prior to working for IBC, Joseph honed his abilities and commitment to excellent business ethics performing business relations as a brand associate and field tech for the US-Southwest based United Snack Group. He has developed administrative skills and accuracy of information while an FFL licensee filing and reporting to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Furthermore, he is capable of performing full diagnostic and triage assistance within the medical industry as a certified EMT-B and ER volunteer.
